How it Works
- Reach out to Stratix and tell us you want to donate your old devices.
- Techtonic will help you determine the value of your donation based on the quantity, age, and condition of your devices.
- Once devices are shipped to Techtonic, you’ll get a receipt notification within 24 hours of arrival. Their technicians will inventory and process them to ensure any remaining data is properly destroyed.
- Within 48 hours of processing, your IRS donation letter and an itemized inventory of devices will be sent to you.
When you donate, any devices not viable for resale will be used to train neurodiverse adults pursuing their certification as new technicians. Devices that are still useable will be repaired and resold, and those profits will help offset the cost for residents and their families at Jonathan’s Landing.
