Position Summary:

A Senior Deal Support Analyst is responsible for assisting the sales organization and the company by maintaining, developing, and executing Statements of Work (SOW), Master Services Agreements (MSA), and Proposals (RFP) related to customers, partners, and third-party vendors. This position reports to the Manager, Sales Success; however, this position will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Vice President of Operational Programs, the Vice President of Sales, the Vice President of Customer Success, the Vice President of Operations, the Vice President of Commercial and Sales Success, and other Stratix leaders to help maintain and develop professional relationships with Stratix customers, outside counsel and vendors.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Statements of Work (SOWs):

  • Internal contact for the Sales organization and liaison with Operations and Finance for initiating, drafting and executing agreements and amendments
  • Interaction with customers and outside counsel, packaging transactions, and maintaining transaction files
  • Manage contract repository
  • Develop and enforce efficient and effective contract process improvement to ensure business continuity and success
  • Maintain and develop standard contracts and SOWs with the assistance of Managed Services and Product Management
  • Primary liaison with outside counsel to assure timely response and resolution of legal issues and negotiation

Commercial Contracts (Master Customer/Vendor) Agreements:

  • Internal contact and facilitator for the Sales organization and liaison with Finance for initiating and executing Master Agreements and amendments
  • Primary interaction with Sales, CRO and CFO for structure, economics, and terms
  • Primary liaison with outside counsel to assure timely response and resolution of complicated legal issues and negotiation

Proposals and Requests for Proposal (RFPs):

  • Act as facilitator for RFPs and significant or complicated transactions, including responsibility for facilitating rapid turnaround or response from internal business units and partners, coordinating activities and timely communication to complete
  • Maintain knowledge base and information repository to facilitate rapid completion of standard information requests 

Administrative

  • Assist sales with Salesforce functions including opportunity approvals and contract creation
  • Maintain process documentation though regular review and following enhancements
  • Act as liaison to Sales Success
  • Provide monthly metrics reporting
  • Sales Enablement which includes Sales Processes, Training, Documentation, special pricing, Tools, etc.

Requirements:

The Senior Deal Support Analyst’s minimum requirements are the following:

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7-10 years relevant work experience. Paralegal experience preferred
  • 3+ years in a customer facing role
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft office applications. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow preferred
  • Ability to interface with senior management and interpret business and financial requirements
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in a services-based industry preferred
